\u30fb Resumed through projects funded by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1990-1997<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u30fb Cognitive Research Laboratories, Inc. entered a dormant period.
\u30fb The dormancy was due to Tomabechi\u2019s appointment as a professor at a national university.
\u30fb Tomabechi became an associate professor at Tokushima University and later joined Justsystems (serving concurrently as Director of the Tokyo Research Institute and the Basic Research Institute).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

February 1998<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u30fb Cognitive Research Laboratories, Inc. resumed operations.
\u30fb Resumed primarily through projects funded by the supplementary budget of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

March 2000<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u30fb CRL Brains Inc. was established.
