App Overview
From the July 2013 House of Councillors election, the so-called “Net Election” will be officially permitted.
This app allows users to view basic information such as profiles of candidates. During the election period, it aggregates internet-distributed information from declared candidates. Users can easily access each candidate’s website (HP, SNS, etc.) with a single click from their profiles and bookmark candidates of interest.
The app also enables users to quickly find a list of candidates in their voting district.
The app includes an election-related quiz. This quiz contains reference information on political systems, election systems, comparisons between Japan and the world, and the revised Public Offices Election Act. Try the quiz and aim to become an election master!
Application Features
Candidate Information: Provides profiles and basic information of declared candidates. Lists candidates by electoral district and by party.
Quiz Challenge: Offers election-related quizzes and reference information (political systems, election systems, comparisons between Japan and the world, the revised Public Offices Election Act).
Kiniitta (Favorites): Allows users to bookmark their favorite candidates.
